How does innovent guarantee your rights
We act as an intermediary between the service seller and the buyer in a way that guarantees the rights of both parties in exchange for a 10% commission, or the equivalent of 1 SAR for every order worth 10 SAR. The commission is deducted from the seller exclusively and cannot be charged to the buyer in any way.
At Innovent, we guarantee the rights of the seller and the buyer through our work as an intermediary between them. After you purchase the service, the amount remains suspended and is not transferred to the seller’s balance until you receive the service in full. We guarantee the service after receiving it for a period of 14 days. For more details, please return to the guarantee page.
We provide the ability to communicate with the service provider to inquire about the offered service or request further clarifications about it, through the Contact Seller button on the page of each service.
All you have to do is add the service you want to purchase to your shopping cart and pay for it, then contact the seller through the purchases page and provide him with the work details to begin implementing the service.
After adding the service to your shopping cart, you can complete the payment process using your PayPal account or via credit card. Paying the amount in this way only helps us guarantee your right to obtain the service or cancel it if it is not according to the specifications described. Please notify us immediately via the Help Center if the seller asks you to pay in any other way outside the site
You will be able to cancel in specific cases, which you can view in the Cancel Order article, or contact us directly through the Help Center.
If you have a previously charged balance or a balance you obtained from selling services, you can use this balance to request a new service, by clicking on the Buy Service button and the amount in your balance will be deducted automatically.
A procedural fee of 10% or a minimum of 2 SAR is deducted from each order. This fee is to cover the costs of the electronic payment gateways that the buyer uses when making payments.
If the order amount is returned to your Innovent balance, only the order value will be added without the procedural fees and you can purchase another service directly. When you request a refund to PayPal or credit card, we return the full amount you charged in addition to the fees.
Buyers are given different levels based on the value of their purchases: New Buyer: Purchases amount between SAR 5 - SAR 50 Serious Buyer: Purchases amount between SAR 55 - SAR 200 Featured Buyer: Purchases amount between SAR 205 and 995 SAR VIP Buyer Purchases of an amount equal to or exceeding 1000 SAR
At Innovent, we guarantee the rights of the seller and the buyer through our work as an intermediary between them. After the buyer requests the service, the amount remains pending with us and is then transferred to the seller’s balance when the service is completely terminated. The profits achieved by the seller are suspended for a period of 14 days starting from the day following the delivery of the order until the end of the fourteenth day GMT, during which the seller cannot use the suspended balance for the following reasons:
You can withdraw profits for amounts whose suspension period has expired, provided that they are 10 SAR or more, according to the method described in the Withdrawal of Profits article.
You can purchase services from your earnings after the 14-day suspension period ends.
You can communicate with the buyer through the Incoming Orders section after he orders your service, and buyers can also start communicating with you through private messages before purchasing.
If the buyer does not confirm receipt of the order or does not request any modifications to the work, the order will be automatically delivered after 72 hours without a response from him.
